Major studio feature seeks local talent for filming at Hollywood Casino
TOLEDO, OH – An untitled feature film from 20th Century Studios will be filming at the Hollywood Casino in Toledo, OH and local casting has begun.
An open call for talent will take place at the Hollywood Casino, located at 1968 Miami St., Toledo, OH, 43605, on May 17th, 2024 from 3PM-7PM.
FilmToledo, the regional film commission covering the Toledo and Northwest Ohio area, assisted with location scouting for the project, secured the cooperation of the City of Toledo and is working with Cleveland-based agency Lillian Pyles Casting and Toledo-based Toledo Talent to find local talent for the film.
“We’re excited to help bring a large-scale film project here, showcase the beautiful Hollywood Casino and riverfront, and bring direct economic impact to our region,” writes Michael DeSanto, Executive Director of FilmToledo.
Additional scenes are being filmed in Cleveland, OH and Sandusky, OH. The untitled film, produced by 20th Century Studios, is planned for release on Hulu.
